Refund Policy

At Veg Spoons, we are committed to providing a valuable platform for vegetarian and vegan businesses to reach their audience and grow. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to a paid listing plan.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Only registered businesses that subscribe to a paid plan on the Veg Spoons platform are eligible for a refund request under the conditions outlined below.

2. Cooling-Off Period (5 Days)

• After a business completes payment for an annual subscription, a cooling-off period of 5 days begins immediately.

• During this 5-day period, the business may submit a cancellation request directly through the Veg Spoons platform.

• If the cancellation request is submitted within this timeframe, the subscription will be cancelled, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. No Refund After Cooling-Off Period

• After the 5-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Business closure

  • Lack of usage or engagement

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with platform features

4. How to Request a Refund

• To initiate a cancellation and refund request within the eligible period:

  1. Log in to your business account on vegspoons.com.au

  2. Go to Subscription Settings > Manage Subscription

  3. Select Cancel & Request Refund

  4. Fill in the required cancellation form and submit

     
     

5. Processing Time

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

6. Subscription Renewal

• All paid subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of payment and do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated.
