Food Businesses on Essentials or Premium plans. Free plan doesn’t include offers.
From your Business Dashboard → Create Offer → add title, offer details, offer category start/end dates, terms & conditions, and (if applicable) coupon code → Publish.
Essentials: limited offers/ calendar month (e.g., 5). Premium: higher or unlimited offers + priority placement and wider promotion. Exception is Grocery Food Business which enjoys higher count of offers.
Clear title, short description, valid days/times, start/end dates, terms (dine-in/takeaway/online), and any coupon code or exclusions.
On the Offers page and relevant listing pages. They surface in searches by location, business type, and offer category.
Use filters for Location (city/suburb), Business Type (restaurant, grocery, café), and Offer Category (discounts, combo meals, festival specials). Click an offer to view full details.
They click Get Offer. We send an email with the offer details; if a coupon is required, it’s included in that email.
Show the offer email or listing snapshot at the counter and mention “Veg Spoons”; follow any terms on the listing (e.g., valid days/times).
Apply the coupon code from the email at checkout on the business’s website (if online redemption is supported by the business).
No. Veg Spoons promotes offers; all redemptions and payments happen directly with the business.
Check dates (not expired or future-dated), location/category tags, required fields, and plan limits. Priority placement depends on Premium.
Only the business can edit/remove. Veg Spoons may unpublish content that violates guidelines or local laws.
Use a short, benefit-led title, clear terms, attractive image, sensible redemption steps, and accurate categories/locations. Keep validity reasonable and promote on your socials.
Customer must log-in with personal account to receive the offer over email; some offers may also allow instant view of redemption details on-screen.
It stops showing in active searches and is marked Expired on your dashboard.
You can browse offers and food businesses without an account, but creating a free personal account lets you save favorites, manage your preferences, and unlock more features.
Simply click the “Save” button on any offer, and it will be saved in your account under the “Favorites” section for quick access later.
When you click on the Offer button, you’ll receive an email with the details of that offer. Some businesses may also require you to show this email in-store to redeem.
Yes! You can currently favorite offers, and soon you’ll be able to mark entire food businesses in your wishlist to revisit later.
